Step 4: OLG Training Course

Using the OLG terminal not only requires in-store practice, but also requires completion of the online OLG course. The link to the OLG training course is listed below:

Please Log In using the following credentials:

Username: skafsteam
Password: 2022ta09

You will need to enter OLG-R in the organization ID

(DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD - Jen will track all completed certificates on her end as we are given one account for the whole store and have to take turns with each trainer to complete the OLG training :) )

Click ‘Training Activities’ on the left side of the screen

Under this section you will find two modules:

  • Individual Activities

    • PlaySmart Training for OLG Lottery Retailers

  • Lottery Retailer 2021

    • The Lottery Retailer 2021 module has 14 activities (7 lessons and 7 knowledge checks).  These activities must be completed in numerical order.  Once you complete a lesson, you must receive 80% on the corresponding knowledge check before the next lesson becomes available.  If you do not receive 80% you may review the lesson or re-take the knowledge check by choosing ‘Retry Activity’.

    • Click the 'open activity' button to get started.
